Videos

Charlton Students Making VideosVideo and media are used extensively at Charlton School. With the introduction of the profiling project and the use of video for assessment and recording, video very quickly became integrated throughout the curriculum.

Students find sharing and expressing information through digital media so accessible and are involved in many film making and digital media projects. Because the students at Charlton School particularly enjoy looking at the various videos which they have made or which they are in, you can view all videos on our website here in this section.

On Wednesday the 17th of September, Charlton School held a sporting event to coincide with the Paralympic flag handover. The event included Gymnastic displays by four of our talented students. The demonstrations from Ruky, James, Stephen and Sinead included floor routines, parallel bars, Beam and trampolining. A large number of our students were invited to join in and learn about the different gymnastic apparatus and participated in taster sessions. The morning was a huge success and the deputy mayor attended and presented medals to all of our students for participation and celebrating in the event. Well done and a big Thank you to all students and staff involved.
