Communication Works 2012

Charlton School and CENMAC were thrilled with another very successful event this year. Students were able to practice greeting new people by welcoming and escorting 108 visitors from reception to the sports hall. We received some excellent feedback from visitors on how well they did. This year our event had a special focus for the day on using ipads for communication and this created some very interesting discussions and talks. Well done also to the post 16 students who ran a café and shop for the day providing refreshments and lunch. A huge thank you to all the staff and students who made this day our most successful yet.
